THE SEMINAR IS FOR THOSE WHO:
– wants to get to know the gong and other instruments of sound healing, learn to play it and lead sound meditations and sound sessions;
– wants to awaken their creative potential and ALLOW THEMSELVES to enter into free spontaneous improvisation;
– ALREADY PLAYING gongs, singing bowls and other instruments, but want to expand their knowledge and capabilities;
– wants to START PLAYING FOR OTHERS or improve their own practice;
– wants to share their mastery and creativity with others;
– everyone who is attracted and awakened by Healing Sound;
– wants to open their natural voice, enjoy it and use it in their lives and practices.
SEMINAR PROGRAM:
– theoretical introduction: what is the healing effect of gongs and singing bowls, how holistic sound affects us on various levels, why it is so important to awaken our creative potential;
– the importance of personal and spiritual development in sound therapy;
– what is a gong sound session and how it works, and other important topics and questions;
– gong playing workshop (theory and practice);
– other instruments used in sound sessions: Tibetan and crystal bowls, crystal harphs, flutes, monochord, chakraphones, flat gong-bells, shamanic drums and more;
– introduction and basics of playing;
– spontaneous sound improvisations;
– introduction and practice in groups;
– voice opening practices (tonal and intuitive singing, “Voice of the Inner Shaman”, shruti chants, intuitive singing and composing of songs etc.);
– whole night gong-ceremony (Gong Puja);
– every day participants will have the opportunity to experience the effects of sound therapy and get a personal experience with sound (during sound journeys and meditations);
– one afternoon we give participants a break in a ritual Baltic sauna.
The program may change slightly according to the needs and dynamics of the group.

Accommodation in 1-2-3-4-bed rooms in the Elf, Fairy and Musical Cedar Houses.
Seminar language – Lithuanian with translation to Russian and/or English, if necessary.
Participants will be issued a certificate of completion of the course.
TRAINING IS LEAD BY:
Alicija Eiliakas is the leading and author of therapeutic, experiential and self-development seminars and classes, the guide who opens spaces where deep insights come to the participants and transformations take place. In her practice, through many years of professional knowledge and understandings of spiritual searches and personal experiences, she develops and creates original workshops, practices, rituals and transformational processes, sharing with great love and respect for the uniqueness of the participants.
According to basic education, Alicija is a professional psychologist and psychotherapist (existential therapy, dance movement, art and sound therapy). After many years of studying and learning from various teachers in the fields that interest her, she now shares what she believes, what she has passed on through her personal and professional experience.
Together with her husband Richard, they are the pioneers of sound therapy in the Baltic countries, and for the past eighteen years they have been generously sharing their creativity, conducting Healing Sound trainings and sessions. They have founded the healing sound and psychology studio „Menas Būti/The Art of Beeing”, and later, out of their desire to create a Heart House that people could visit all year round, a space for magical experiences was born – the retreat center „Laumžirgių žemė/Dragonfly land”.
