* When shipping your goods, we are only partially responsible for the delivery and condition of the goods when they arrive. We use third-party companies that we believe provide the best shipping experience, but once that package has been collected from us, the responsibility lies with the courier and we cannot influence their work in any way.
* We promise to help you if you have any problems with damaged or lost shipments.
* If the shipment takes longer than promised, we really can’t have any influence on it, it’s the couriers’ fault.
* If the courier does not take responsibility for the damaged goods, we promise to try to compensate your losses on our terms and in a manner that is acceptable to both parties (seller and buyer). But this does not mean that we will refund the full amount that was paid for this order.
* We are not responsible for possible import or other taxes! Each country has its own policy and we do not have the opportunity to know the laws of every country in the world, so buyers must familiarize themselves with those laws.
* We also give ourselves the right to ship your order late. We always try to ship shipments by the next working day at the latest, most of the orders leave anyway, but sometimes we are busy with our events, so the dispatch of orders can rarely be delayed by up to a week. In this case, we are responsible for informing\warning our customer that there may be a delay. We usually ship your orders the next business day after your order has been placed.
Standard shipments in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) are sent by couriers DPD or Venipak. Delivery (after shipment, read above) takes 1-2 days in Lithuania and 2-3 days for Latvia and Estonia.
Standard international shipments (outside the Baltics) are sent by mail, in Europe it takes 5-10 days, and for the rest of the world (outside Europe) it takes about 10-20 days. These are the usual shipping times provided by Lithuania Post and are subject to change depending on many things beyond our control.
If you want to receive your shipment as soon as possible – contact us. Faster delivery is possible, but separate calculations are required for each order.
We need to receive full payment or at least confirmation of your payment before we can ship your goods. Payments can be made using PayPal, Paysera (use it for credit cards) or bank transfers.
We have the right to change our payment and delivery methods to improve the quality of our services.
We give you 14 days to notify us if you wish to return items purchased from our website, if you do not like them or if they did not meet your requirements, the only condition is that the returned items must be as new and contain all original parts and packaging. We will only refund your money once we have made sure that the item or items you purchased have not been damaged.
We give you 30 days to exchange items for others in the same or higher price range (depending on your coverage).
If you want to return the shipment – the shipping costs are paid by you. We regret this inconvenience, but we are a small company and this can mean great losses for us.
We will only cover all shipping costs if the refund is due to our fault (for example, if the wrong item is shipped).
If any of your items are damaged when they arrive (through no fault of the couriers), or if a certain part breaks down after a short period of use, we will always replace your items with new ones or, if possible, repair them. The warranty covers any damage, other than defects or any other damage caused by negligent or improper handling of the goods, improper installation, improper use of accessories, or alterations to original parts made by the customer or a third party. The warranty also does not cover signs of wear and tear from normal use.
