Sound Mystery is a family project that was born naturally when our lives were filled with Sound.
When you begin to listen carefully to your inner self and allow yourself to let in the experiences that life provides, by converting to sensitivity, you will begin to realize that everything around you is energy, everything vibrates and… Sounds. The whole universe and we – its children, are filled with sounds …
We are musical beings. And when we merge with our musical nature again, we feel that we are in the flow. When we feel filled with lightness and simplicity, then stress and anxiety decrease.
We believe that everyone can play and sing. What’s more, we believe that deep down everyone dreams of it! At this time, the Sound is triumphantly returning to society, its vibrating wave flooding the whole world. It inspires people to look for new ways of self-perception and self-realization.
Sound is used as a powerful therapeutic tool to heal our body and mind, as a guide for personal and spiritual development, deeply touching the delicate strings of the soul. It awakens in us incomprehensible creative powers … It changes us, our lives and the lives of the people around us.

“Sound Mystery” was born in the space of our next creative project – the psychology studio “The Art of Being”. This studio regularly organizes sound mystery sessions, concerts, meditations, as well as intuitive singing, dance workshops, and various trainings.

SOUND MYSTERY was born out of our fascination with sound. Many years of sound therapy, meditation and... We used a lot of ancient and modern instruments for Sound Mystery improvisations. We share our music with people and see how important the quality of the instruments is. Each instrument we offer is carefully selected and each one has been tested through our many years of experience. All of these instruments are designed for intuitive playing, which means that it doesn't take much practice to start playing music or harnessing the healing power of sound.

Alicija Eiliakas is a psychotherapist of existential, dance, movement and art therapy. She is a Gong master who intensely marches along the sound path. Alicija organizes gong baths, meditations and workshops in many countries, organizes many concerts. She is the founder of the psychological studio “The Art of Being” in Vilnius – a space for those who are looking for inspiration for further personal and spiritual development, growth and manifestation of the needs of the soul.
Ričardas Eiliakas is a gong master and teacher. Currently, together with Alicija, they conduct sound therapy classes, Gong bathing, meditations, trainings and workshops. In the seminars, Alicija and Ričardas combine various therapeutic and artistic methods: musical improvisations, spontaneous singing, dance and movement therapies, art therapy, etc. The sound of gong has become their passion, which also infects many groups of their students and participants.
